Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Final on Trading Card Game Products.

Due to the nature of the TCG market and the potential for resealing or tampering, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any booster boxes, packs, or singles once they have left our facility.

Exceptions: If you receive an item that is significantly damaged during transit or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us at info@tcgcanada.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Cancellations: Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the release date. Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Pre-orders will ship on or before the official release date.

Carriers: We ship primarily via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and UPS Standard. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from TCG Canada are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Privacy & Terms

We respect your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to process your order (Name, Address, Email). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Payments are processed securely via Helcim. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
